Suite 2 is an oversized Premium private office with L-desk, credenza, and bookshelf. Whiteboard/cork board, basic desk chair, and side chair are included. Window facing Hardy Road floods the room with wonderful natural light. 100% renovated with new surfaces, flooring, and trim.

Suite 2 is the only space that comfortably accommodates 2 separate desks if you need a spot for another person to work. Additional fee of $35/mo if we need to provide second desk.

✔ Access to Printer/Scanner/Copier + other basic office equipment
✔ USPS Mailbox included

Private Office partners have 24 hour electronic access to the building as well as app access to exterior cameras.

Our Private Offices have a 3-month minimum term and a $200 security deposit.
