Happy Closing Day! This is the second closing this month!

Complete transparency: This was absolutely my hardest two transactions in real estate in the almost 5 Years I've been in the business. It had nothing to do with issues that normally arise but just difficult because of the people I had to deal with. I've worked with this client for 7 months!!!!!!!!!!! And let me tell you it has been HELL!! From verbal abuse, breachs of contract, trying not to pay me my compensation for the 7 months of work I've done. Having to pay to repair the sellers home with my own funds because he refused. I really would never normally do this but I always have people reach out to me about starting a career in real estate. This is one of them transactions that will push you to every limit. But I let my work and blessings show how much God doesn't play about me! I say all this to say- We make this look easy! We never post the bad stuff just being afraid it will steer people away from working with you. But this is real estate! REAL & RAW! We go through alot but we love what we do! That's what keeps us doing it! There are high highs and low lows sometimes! Alot of people get into real estate to have freedom but they don't tell you there are no days off! We deal with the most amazing people in the world that become life long friends and then we deal with the worst of the world! The lesson I got from this is to walk away from the first notion that something doesn't align. I am a perfectionist and I see everything through and that is the SOLE reason these two homes closed this month. Any other realtor would have walked and never endured the headache. You all know the saying: ALL MONEY ISN'T GOOD MONEY! Either way I got it SOLD! I LEARNED a lesson! My heart still remains the same for real estate! I love it and I would love to represent you if you ever consider buying or selling! Let me tell you there is no better ADVOCATE!
