✨ About Us ✨
With over 23 years of experience and nearly 60 homes sold every year, our mother-daughter team has built a reputation for delivering results and creating lasting relationships across Hampton Roads. Since then, she’s become one of Rose & Womble Realty’s top-producing agents, earning local and statewide recognition, industry awards, and even a feature on HGTV. She brings unmatched experience, knowledge, and dedication to every client she serves. Rebecca Staylor, born and raised in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach, brings a fresh perspective to the team. After playing college soccer and pursuing her law degree, she found her calling in real estate—where her passion for contracts and negotiations perfectly complements her mom’s decades of experience. Together, we’ve helped thousands of buyers and sellers with everything from first homes to luxury properties, land, and investments. Whether using VA, FHA, conventional, or cash, we know how to navigate every transaction with care and confidence.
💡 What sets us apart? Buying or selling a home is the biggest financial decision most people ever make, and our clients deserve realtors who will be there every step of the way. We don’t just put a sign in the yard—we show up, attend inspections, and advocate for you from start to finish. At the end of the day, we’re more than agents. We’re trusted advisors, fierce negotiators, and caring guides who treat every client like family.
👉 If you’re ready to buy, sell, or invest in Hampton Roads real estate, know this: we’ll show up every time, all the time—and you’ll never feel alone in the process.
