So excited for my client to start making memories in his new home! 🏡 It’s his first home purchase, and he’s SO excited!

We had quite a few hurdles to overcome, many of them completely out of our control, but we got it done, and seeing how happy he is made it all worth it. 🤩

🏡 Big changes are coming for Virginia homeowners!

Beginning July 1, 2027, a new state law will allow Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in more single family neighborhoods across Virginia! Creating new opportunities for multigenerational living, guest space, home offices, and rental income. 🙌

If you’re in Hampton Roads, local governments are still working through how they’ll implement the new law, so I’ll continue sharing updates as they’re announced.

Completely in love with my buyer client’s front yard foliage! 🏡

At first, I thought these were gorgeous lavender bushes, but then I noticed all the chubby bumblebees happily buzzing around and realized… it’s flowering rosemary! 🌿💜🐝
