☕️🏡 Real Estate Agent Life…

Stopped at a gas station in Hampton early this morning before a property showing and started chatting with a young guy. I figured it was a 50/50 chance…

Either:
A. He was interested in buying a house, or
B. He was interested in asking me out. 😂

To my surprise, he was already prequalified and actively looking to buy! He took my card and said he’d be reaching out.

Proof that real estate agents are never really off duty. One minute you’re pumping gas, the next minute you’re discussing interest rates and future homeownership. 🚗➡️🏠

Sometimes these random conversations lead nowhere… sometimes they lead to a date request… and sometimes they lead to a new homeowner. Today, I’ll take option C! 😆

Moral of the story: Always be kind, always be willing to chat, and never underestimate the networking power of a Hampton gas station at 7 a.m.
