Today started with a simple plan to run errands with my wife when I got home from a long day at work. She secretly teamed up with my entire real estate team to throw me an early birthday surprise at Topgolf.

I truly believe you can be a leader and still build deep, genuine relationships. The agents I work with aren’t just team members; they are family. Walking in and seeing everyone there meant the absolute world to me.
