Say it louder for the people in the back🗣️ Have a Buyer Consult! This is one of the first steps of buying a home, and is a great time to meet with the real estate agent you plan to work with and have allll your questions answered.

During my buyer consults, I talk with the buyer about what to expect throughout the process, make sure they have a monthly budget in place & a budget for the costs of buying (hint: down payment + closing costs), connect them with my go-to local lenders to get pre-approved, and get down to the details of what’s important to them in their next home.

Having a buyer consult ensures that the buyer has a better understanding of the process & terms that will come up, and that I’m on the same page with their wants, needs, & budget. Even if you’ve bought a house before, this is still so important! You’ll get a good reminder of the process and learn of any market updates & changes.

✨Under Contract✨ …again! This post might look familiar & it’s because real estate transactions aren’t always an easy straight line. We weren’t able to agree to terms with the previous buyer & therefore the contract was released. We were lucky enough to have another interested buyer & were able to get back under contract quickly! Congrats to my sellers for accepting another great offer🥳

We always want a real estate transaction to go smoothly, but realistically bumps can happen. In this case, one lender told us they couldn’t make the loan work- but I reached out to one of my trusted lenders (Daniel Solis) & they were able to pull the deal together & make it happen! I’m definitely a people person (but an introvert!) so getting to meet new people from all walks of life & create new relationships is one of the best parts!
