It’s Closing Day!

Story time! Adan had reached out to me after I had just helped his shipmate and friend go under contract at the end of May. He and his wife, Tori, had decided they no longer wanted to rent anymore and asked if I could help them find a home. So we met for our buyer’s consultation, we got them preapproved and began our search immediately.

Here’s the kicker, we needed to find a home, be under contract and close by July 6th or they would have to pay another months rent. After a few days of looking we found the perfect home for them.

After some quick negotiations, a few repairs were made and we were closed in 3 weeks! Just in time for the holiday weekend! AND it’s their anniversary week! Happy Anniversary Adan & Tori!

Under contract!

Story time! 📖

My first time home buyer, just got off the ship Saturday. We first spoke about his home buying process almost 2 years ago. He had a few things to work on but other than that he was almost there.

About 3 weeks ago he reached out to me that he’d be home soon and wanted to start his home search again. We got him preapproved, had a video buyer’s consult and emailed back and forth homes that he and his wife liked.

Sunday we went and looked at 8 homes followed by a few days of 1 or 2 more. We had submitted an offer on home but heard nothing back. Wednesday, my buyers asked if we could take a look at 2 more homes while we waited. I said let’s go!

Yesterday morning, as soon as we walked into this beautiful home…I KNEW immediately THIS was the house!

The night before I had already drafted up the offer so I could be ready. By noon we were signed and submitted. By bed we were negotiating. First thing this morning we were under contract!

I am so excited for my first time home buyers! From a ship 🛳️ to a home 🏡 within days!
