Another strong deal where strategy led the way and ex*****on sealed it.

Every transaction looks different, but the goal is always the same, protect your client, position the offer correctly, and negotiate terms that make sense.

For this deal, we were able to position MY preferred lender as the builder’s preferred lender, which helped secure $7,500 in closing cost assistance. HUGE💰win for my buyer!

Additionally, per my buyer’s request, we also negotiated a 60-day closing timeline to better align with their transition and overall needs.
