I use to say idc idc. I am not moving again…now looking at me moving into another house a little over a year later lol…..why do you ask…to have two rentals now and moving out of this one in 3 years into my final home (maybe final 😂).

But I will buy myself a retirement gift aka a rental property with DSCR loan (by pulling out equity out of one of my homes or savings).

I’m giving y’all my 2 year game plan to show you it’s possible.

I did a thing today…

I closed on my 3RD HOUSE!!!!

Just know I am the Realtor that will not tell you to do something I would not do myself.

I purchased a home with these interest rates, a house that needs a little work but it’s in an amazing area with great bones.

This is my 3rd home with my VA loan, maximizing all of my benefits.

2023 has been nothing but a amazing to me and my family!!! I found my calling and I am creating generational wealth for my kids and kids kids. Not too shabby for Pat’s daughter. So YES…my success is personal.

My God you are love and thank for your favor. My friends, my supporter, my cheerleaders..I am forever thankful for each and everyone of you.

I am here to show each and everyone of you home ownership is possible with sacrifices and hard work. I packed my lunch and stayed out them stores for months to get this home…

My kids…. I pray I am making you proud and showing my little brown girls anything is possible.
