First: shoutout to everyone out there working like a dog this week. The early mornings, the long hours, the going above and beyond because that's just who you are. We see you, and you are the backbone of everything good that gets done. 🙌

Now — oysters. Raw on the half shell with a squeeze of lemon. Grilled with butter and herbs. Fried in a po'boy. And the chocolate chip cookie was invented in 1938 by Ruth Wakefield — a total accident that changed baking forever. America's most beloved cookie. No notes. 🍫
