What started as a stressful situation turned into a major win.

My client trusted me to sell his first home, one that had become a financial and emotional burden due to very difficult tenants and a long, frustrating process just to get the property ready for market. After nearly 10 months of delays, eviction proceedings, and a home left in rough condition, we finally got it cleaned, prepped, and listed.

Investor offers came in low, but I knew the true value of the home and advised my client to have patience.

Within days, we had interest from several strong buyers. Through strategic communication and negotiation, we turned early interest into a competitive situation. With multiple offers, the home was under contract in 11 days, and we ultimately accepted an offer above list price as-is.
