Closed! This one was a bit of a journey but my team and I were able to get my friends a beautiful find of a home! She’s a HUD home fixer upper with amazing bones and plenty to work with! This was a great learning experience for us as it was my first hud deal, navigating it was tricky and now we past the finish line! Huge congrats to Adam and Charlotte to being new homeowners! and a big thank you to for jumping through portals to make it happen in just the nick of time! 🧙‍♀️

Closed!! Such an honor to find my friend her a place to call home, after relocation into the area from Florida, she got to experience her first time seeing snow, first Cava visit and her time purchasing a home, after a few ups and downs we were able to secure an amazing 2 story condo with a loft in a beautiful area close to the water! I’m so thankful for her trusting my team and I in the process and thankful for one of the smoothest transactions yet! 🥂 Cheers to your new home, and thank you for allowing me to be your Realtor! 🔑
