Rouse-Sirine Associates, Ltd, a local land surveying and underground utility locating company, is seeking a Virginia Licensed Land Surveyor with 5 years or more experience. A strong technical background with boundary and right-of-way calculations is also preferred. Ability to manage office staff and survey crews is required.

Qualifications must include professionalism, business management, office and computer skills, estimating and proposal preparation, excellent communication skills and AutoCAD capabilities.

Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.

Have a minimum of 5 years experience as a land surveying crew chief

Previous work experience in all aspects of surveying and civil engineering type projects.

Construction stakeout experience is a plus.

Valid Virginia driver's license with a good DMV record

Demonstrated willingness to learn and attention to detail essential

Good organizational, prioritizing and time management skills

Willingness to work overtime when required
