Care to guess what is the number one thing millenials are looking for in their new home? A place for their pets! This time last year I helped a cute couple buy a beautiful home in Williamsburg. We looked at a lot of houses but the one they bought had the best yard for their dogs. I can totally relate!

Veterans, did you know that you can use your VA loan to purchase a duplex, tri-plex or four-plex?
