Looking for immediate hire Maintenance Supervisor. Must be hard working, dedicated and have at least 5 years of experience. Must have CFC universal. Need to have good knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, good verbal communication skills, good leadership and organizational skills and record keeping. Good drivers license, clear criminal background and drug test required prior to hiring.
