The most intense 2 weeks of home shopping for out of state clients I’ve had in a while! Swipe to get a taste of what real estate is like for a seasoned agent who assists military buyers.

What a first quarter and what a start to the year for me and Mickey Wright Real Estate! (also me 😏)

I had the honor of assisting 3 homebuyers find and close on new homes in Norfolk, Portsmouth and Suffolk.

I guided 2 sellers into their next chapters by successfully listing and selling their homes in Hampton & Suffolk.

That’s 5 closings for Q1. The last of which happens today, fingers crossed because you never know lol. But assuming the best…I’ve had the best first quarter of my career closing over $1.6 million in real estate I remember when I closed less than that in a year!

Q2 is off to a great start with $685k currently pending in Virginia Beach, 3 pre-qualified homebuyers and 4 listings that will be coming your way in Hampton (investor special), (2) Virginia Beach and Chesapeake.

Now with real estate anything can happen but we’re rocking and rolling over here, staying optimistic and speaking nothing but positivity over my business. ☺️

These type of offer acceptances make me feel like I am walking in my purpose. 🥹🙏🏽

So much had to happen in the last 24 hours for my clients to win this home and it all worked out. I’ll share more later.

But me speaking with the listing agent for 10 minutes as soon as we left the showing, learning more about her clients and how important this home sale was for them. Me finding a way to connect my buyers to her sellers made them want to choose my clients offer.

My client trusting me when I asked that she speak with one of my lenders when we couldn’t contact Navy Federal then choosing to move forward with NFCU because at the last minute they came through with what we needed. However the listing side not being able to contact them, which is common, allowed my lender to step in which is just incredible. Thank you so much ! 🫶🏽

The listing agent actually asked that I shared this email with my client so that she knew that the decisions that I made for them and me being who I am was the reason that this offer was chosen.

I really love what I do and if you trust me with your real estate transaction you will be taken care of. That’s a promise.

We have been searching for the perfect home for months and this is it. We all feel it, we are all so excited!
