We’re still feeling the excitement from this past weekend as the Blue Angels soared over Virginia Beach! What an amazing display of precision, teamwork, and patriotism — it truly made us proud to call this place home. 💙
Here at Inlet Properties, we all took a moment to look up and take it all in. Though we weren’t all together, each of us enjoyed the show in our own way — and yes, Mary & Vicki even managed to slip in an Open House amidst all the excitement! 😄🏡

🎉 Closing Day WIN for Mary!🎉

This one was a proud moment for me — watching Mary Paschall from our Inlet Properties team, absolutely crush it on this deal!

She handled both sides of the transaction — listing agent AND buyer’s agent— and kept everything moving with professionalism, hustle, and heart. Couldn’t be prouder!

Big thanks to Vann with Source Electrical & Plumbing for bringing Mary the listing and buying the property himself. Not only that — he and his crew helped the seller move out (yes, really!), and now he’s renovating the home so Mary can list it again soon. 🛠️✨
