Pet Policy:
Up to (2) pets maximum are allowed per apartment, with a $450 non-refundable pet fee, $35 monthly pet rent for first pet, and $15 monthly pet rent for second pet. Breed restrictions do apply, and veterinarian statements indicating breed and shot records must be provided upon move-in. NOTE: Any and all comments deemed inappropriate by Waterfront Apartments or Edward Rose & Sons are subject to removal.
