We met Sam & Laura as next door investor neighbors to our first rental in Norfolk. Sam owned the quadplex next to the little baby cottage we had just bought. I was so proud & excited about that house. Bob got to know Sam while we were renovating. He came home one night and told me Sam should be our property manager and I said something along the lines of “mmmmk, we’ll see”…

Long story short almost 5 years later, Bob was right & Sam & are the most integral part of our business. That little 550 sq ft cottage is a rockstar investment & has led us to some amazing people. Thank you guys for everything you do, we simply couldn’t do it without you 🤍
