Virginia Beach Real Estate Update
The City of Virginia Beach just released updated real estate tax assessments, showing an average 6% increase citywide.
However, as we’re seeing in Little Neck and surrounding neighborhoods, not all areas increased at the same rate. Some neighborhoods saw higher jumps, while others were more modest. Every home — and every assessment — is unique.
