These 5 questions can tell you a lot about who you’re sitting across from.

The right agent will answer them with confidence and specifics. Vague answers are information too.

A few worth paying attention to:

→ The list-to-sale price ratio tells you how close their sellers actually end up to asking price.

→ Days on market tells you how well they price and position a home from the start.

→ The marketing plan question: Get details: platforms, timing, etc. The more specific, the better.

The last question might be the most telling of all. Every transaction has bumps. Experience shows in how an agent handles them.

Proud Mama Moment!

It’s hard to put into words how proud I am of my son, James. This weekend, he graduated from ODU, and instead of slowing down, he’s already continuing on to pursue his Master’s in Psychology, with the ultimate goal of earning his doctorate.. Watching him work toward his goals has been incredible. But…what I’m most proud of is the person he’s become. He is hardworking, kind, thoughtful, and steady in a way that makes people feel supported and cared for. He’s the kind of person you know you can count on, and the world needs more people like him. Watching him grow to be a person I genuinely admire is such a gift and I am so, so thankful that I get to be his mom!

James, I’m so incredibly proud of you! Congratulations on this huge accomplishment and all that’s ahead. 🎓
