Honored to help this awesome military family move here from San Diego!

We did lots of FaceTime showings all over Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and eventually settling on Greenbrier (my arms got really tired from those.) A challenging process as they weren’t very familiar with the area and didn’t have the time to get here in person before closing! Thats okay though we have systems setup to accommodate that and were able to lock down an amazing updated spacious house in a quiet neighborhood of their style for their growing family. (And for well below appraised value 😁)

I hope they invite me to their pool next summer! Thanks for trusting me guys 💙can’t wait to see what y’all do with the place!

Not sure if you can afford to buy a house? In this particular case my client will be paying less in mortgage than his current rent for more sq ft in a nicer house and neighborhood he loves! (Oceanview)

At the same time building equity instead of pouring rent down the drain. Ask me how, it is probably easier than you think!
