I am very proud and happy to announce that I have joined IRON VALLEY Real Estate today. I am highly impressed with their big impact all over Hampton Roads, with their massive support for their agents and top notch service to their clients. The culture of IVRE alligns perfectly with my values and I am excited to have found my tribe where I can flourish.

How true is this

No German child walks into school for the first time empty-handed 🇩🇪

They carry a Schultüte — a paper cone almost as tall as they are, packed with sweets and small presents. The idea is simple: the first day should taste like something good.

It started in Saxony and Thuringia over two hundred years ago and it has never gone away. The photo on the doorstep, child holding the cone, is in almost every German family album.

Did your family ever do this?

Yesterday's gathering with friends for a swim and dinner turned out to be a wonderful surprise, as we found majestic sailing ships from around the world anchored together in the picturesque waters of Lynnhaven Outlets, setting the tone for the festive atmosphere at Norfolk's 50th Harbor Fest, which we are excited to attend tomorrow.

The pre purchase inspection on a fixer upper today was quite an adventure. I have NEVER seen stalactites hanging from the ceiling in any home before, not even on HGTV 😳. The kitchen was one of the better looking rooms (don't mind the stove). Purchase procedure via internet auction. This job teaches you something new all the time. Never a dull moment.

I got so lucky with Arlo, my latest fur baby to take care of 🩵🤍🤎. It got a little too hot to play outside so we moved our activities to inside. We took some cute pics together 🤩. This one hits a special spot in my heart, as I am a big Aussie fan!
