Yesterday's gathering with friends for a swim and dinner turned out to be a wonderful surprise, as we found majestic sailing ships from around the world anchored together in the picturesque waters of Lynnhaven Outlets, setting the tone for the festive atmosphere at Norfolk's 50th Harbor Fest, which we are excited to attend tomorrow.

The pre purchase inspection on a fixer upper today was quite an adventure. I have NEVER seen stalactites hanging from the ceiling in any home before, not even on HGTV 😳. The kitchen was one of the better looking rooms (don't mind the stove). Purchase procedure via internet auction. This job teaches you something new all the time. Never a dull moment.

I got so lucky with Arlo, my latest fur baby to take care of 🩵🤍🤎. It got a little too hot to play outside so we moved our activities to inside. We took some cute pics together 🤩. This one hits a special spot in my heart, as I am a big Aussie fan!
