These resilient, kind and lovings clients of mine and their children escaped a religious commune with just the shirts on their backs.

Immediately after we closed on their home, their 2nd to youngest child fell ill and spent weeks in the hospital. She is now home with an NG tube because she can not eat.

This is one wildly cool and amazing story. My broker, Jason (), sent me this picture, and I just had to share.

Back in 2017, invited E4 to judge their chili cook-off. We sampled all kinds of chili that afternoon. Some were good, some not so much, but one chili was exceptional and took the top prize. After the judging, they asked us to pose with the winner for a photo.

At the time, we were just strangers in that picture. Fast forward 7 years, and here we are. Jason is now my broker, and I’ve had 4 closings in the past 6 months.

Even more incredible, two of those closings were with Philip () one of the firefighters in that very photo and his wife Sandi.

You just never know how a quick meeting with a perfect stranger can become a major part of your life years later.

Another closing that brings me an indescribable amount of joy.

What a wild ride it has been for the last 5 months From the first day of looking at houses in the freezing cold (with the heat broken in multiple houses), several weeks of house hunting over the spring, to the final walk through on the hottest day of the year, we finally made it to closing.

This house will now become a home for 3 generations of love under one roof. I’m excited to say that I was able to get them:
-20k in Closing Cost Assistance
-$665 cash back at closing
-$9,000 worth of home repairs
And with the help of their Loan Officer they also walked away with:
-a 2 yr top tier home warranty with Achosa
-a move in cleaning valued at $250

Bringing my Fire Department family to the closing table is like no other. We live together, work together and play together. Our lives are in each other’s hands. 🚒

It was an honor to find the perfect new home just in time for one of my own, his wife, and their beautiful little girl, as they await the arrival of their newest little one. 🏡

It's been an absolute honor to be on this journey with them. 🏠
