y buyer just closed on a house for $524,999 and $338 is the amount that they had to bring it to the table. Yes, You heard that right!!

The seller is giving my buyer almost $14,000 to close on their house. Not to mention the market time on this house was 4-5 days, and initially listed as “Selling As Is.” The seller ended up spending almost about $6,000, doing the PICRA repairs for my buyers.

This is why the Agents can make or break the deal!!

Miles away but still making it happen! 🙌 My buyer won this home against 2 other offers and we still got several major systems taken care by the seller. Then they are also walking into some equity instantly as well, according to the appraisal value.
