June was one of the strongest months Hampton Roads has seen in nearly five years.

📈 Pending sales were up 14.7%
🗝️ Closed sales increased 7.1%
🏡 Inventory grew 5.8%, giving buyers more options
💰 The median home price reached an all-time June high of $395,000

Those aren’t just statistics 👉 they represent thousands of families making moves despite today’s interest rates. REIN even reported that June home sales reached their highest level for the month in nearly four years.

What’s even more exciting is seeing that momentum reflected within our own team.
