Client: Is there anything we can do to the backyard that will help sell our home?
Me: You have a beautiful home in a desirable neighborhood. There will be no problem selling your home. I will set up a landscaping crew to clear out the debris, cut and edge, and place the material on the curb for bulk waste pickup.
Client: How much is that going to cost us?
Me: $X payable at closing.
Client: What if our home does not sell?
Me: I am confident in my abilities to sell your home. Otherwise, I would have asked you to pay for the landscaping services upfront.
Client: That’s why our friends recommended you. Thank you!

Me: That’s awesome! Where do you want to live?
Client: In Va Beach.
Me: Is there a particular school district or neighborhood you have in mind?
Client: Yes, Princess Anne HS
Me: Great school, have you been pre-approved for a mortgage or will you be paying cash?
Client: We are pre-approved with Towne Bank for $X but wanting to stay under that.
Me: Let me get your info and I will send you a list of the available houses. Pick out the ones you want to visit and I will set up the appointments.
Client: Thank You! I also heard you’re an excellent pickleball player. Can you teach us?
Me: Absolutely!
