Selling a home is about a lot more than putting a sign in the yard.
I recently had the opportunity to work with a client who lives out of the area and had his home in property management for the last couple of years. When he decided it was finally time to sell, he needed someone local who could handle the process from start to finish — and that’s where I stepped in.
Once the tenant moved out, I helped coordinate getting the home market-ready, handled the prep and details, and managed everything locally while my client was out of state.
From getting the property ready for the market, coordinating vendors and repairs, preparing for photos, staging the home, navigating showings and negotiations, all the way through closing — I was there to handle the details so my client didn’t have to be here to do it himself.
Out of state? Busy? Living somewhere completely different?
That doesn’t mean selling your Virginia Beach home has to be stressful. Having a Realtor you can trust to be your boots on the ground makes ALL the difference.
This is one of my favorite parts of what I do — making the process feel easy, even when my client is miles away.
