Stacey has a reputation for getting challenging loans done. “I ask tough questions upfront that other mortgage bankers may not ask. Sometimes it’s about credit, sometimes it’s about saving money, and sometimes it’s wait until you’re making more money,” says Stacey. “I put in that extra effort to help my clients qualify.”
Matthew has an infectious energy and deep compassion for his clients that transforms the business relationship and deepens it into a lifelong friendship. “Buying a home is so scary to the real world. My job is to make it as clean, comfortable, and easy as possible,” says Matthew. “I need to give my clients the peace of mind that they’re not alone.”
Stacey and Matthew support their community through many organizations. Stacey is secretary/treasurer of the Women’s Council of Realtors Board. She also volunteers for EQUI-KIDS Therapeutic Riding Program, a group that helps physically and mentally challenged children through horseback riding. Matthew is involved with the American Foundation for Suicide Awareness, the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), Norfolk SPCA, the Foodbank of Southeastern VA, Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters (CHKD), and the March of Dimes.
