At SMC, showing our teams appreciation is a priority every day of the year. During Q1 and Q2 of this year, our senior leadership team wanted to make sure our teams felt our gratitude on a grander scale, and we organized role-specific team outings, lunches, and development days to ensure that every person on Team SMC felt the love. ❤️🫂

From comedy club and Top Golf outings to catered Lunch and Learns and glass blowing adventures, we made the most of a day together with every single member of Team SMC. As we head into busy summer months and the pace picks up exponentially for our teams, we hope they know how much they matter to us – and that the passion, hard work, and commitment they bring to work every day is more than appreciated – it’s celebrated. 🥳🥂

Ramondo is known for his dependability here at Signature by taking ownership of his maintenance team, leading with ease to ensure things are always running smoothly! 🙌
