In August, we brought our teams together for two roundtable meetings designed to encourage collaboration, share ideas, and strengthen leadership and teamwork across our 11 properties. 🤝

Led by Chelsie, Property Manager at Signature Place, our Leasing Roundtable focused on sharing best practices and exploring new ways to show up with confidence, intention, and care for our prospects and residents every day.

Please join us in congratulating Sullivan from The Pearl at Marina Shores as our Team Player of the Month! 🩵

Sullivan has quickly become an integral part of The Pearl team, bringing a calm, dependable presence to work each day. He is someone the team knows they can count on- always staying on top of his turns, stepping in wherever help is needed, and going the extra mile to take care of their residents. His efforts certainly don't go unnoticed, as residents regularly share compliments about his kindness and willingness to help. 😊

Described by his team as their “gentle giant,” Sullivan is often the first to offer a helping hand and the last to leave when there is still work to be done. He has become Lloyd’s right-hand man, is always there to answer Yaya’s calls (or reach anything on the top shelf!), and has quickly become one of the office’s favorite people to stop and chat with.

What stands out most about Sullivan is that being a team player simply seems to come naturally to him. He quietly looks for opportunities to help, supports those around him, and has fit so seamlessly into The Pearl that his team says it feels like he has always been there.

A heartfelt thank you to every Signature Management community that donated school supplies for The Up Center! Together, we not only met our backpack collection goal, but we exceeded it. Because of your generosity, local students will begin the school year with the supplies they need to learn, grow, and succeed.

This summer, we had the pleasure of welcoming Tom to the Signature Management team as our summer intern, and what an incredible experience it has been. 😊

From day one, Tom embraced every opportunity to learn, bringing curiosity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to jump right in. Whether he was working alongside our corporate office or spending time with our on-site teams across our communities, he consistently asked thoughtful questions, built meaningful connections, and showed a genuine passion for learning every facet of the property management industry.

One of the greatest compliments we heard from our team members was how clear it was that Tom truly enjoyed the experience. His positive attitude, approachable personality, and eagerness to learn made him a valued addition wherever he went. 👍️
