I honestly have no clue how I managed to stay in production, much less top 500 and qualifying COE Platinum. 👀

I was down on myself because I felt this was lackluster following 20 mil and 17 mil back to back diamond performances, but then I realized
something. 🤔

My partners and I lead 135 people everyday, my success is based on all of their success.💯

I have always been a servant/sacrificial leader. To watch the growth of this Firm and all the agents that bet on us, eye watering for me❤️🥹

But the photo below isn't even close to my top accomplishment in 2022😤

I transitioned to Principal Broker in March of last year. Since that moment, with the support of our staff and my partners we've hit our stride!🏃‍♂️👟💨

We grew from 72 agents to 130 by years end!

We made 3 new Owner/Partners!

We locked in two new office locations with buildouts currently in progress!

We cultivated 7 new team leads!

We Staffed a Mosley certified training lead!

We donated over 70k total to multiple charities!

We had 48 Realtors qualify for HRRA COE!

We had 10 agents over 10 million in sales volume!

We had 27 agents over 5 million in volume ( 6 of them 1st or 2nd year agents)!🤯🤯

We had 48 agents over 3 million in volume! (8 of them first year agents)

I will do my very best EVERY SINGLE DAY to set the bar leading by example and being in the trenches with our people!💯😤💪
