Property managers are basically the middle-people who run a property day-to-day on behalf of the owner. Our job is to keep the place earning money and not turning into a headache.
Here’s what we handle:

Tenants

-Advertise vacancies
-Screen applicants (credit checks, references, etc.)
-Handle leases, renewals, and move-outs
-Deal with complaints and disputes

Rent & money

-Collect rent
-Handle security deposits
-Send the owner monthly reports
-Maintenance
-Arrange repairs and routine maintenance
-Hire and manage plumbers, electricians, cleaners, landscapers, etc.

Legal & rules

-Make sure the property follows local laws and safety codes
-Enforce lease terms
-Handle notices, evictions, and inspections (when needed)

Owner communication

-Keep the owner updated on finances and issues
-Advise on rent pricing or improvements

In short: owners own, tenants live, property managers deal with everything in between.
