🚨 HISTORIC SALE ALERT 🚨

I am beyond proud to share that 4107 River Park Drive in Suffolk, VA has officially closed for $3,450,000. This is the highest home sale in Hampton Roads outside of Great Neck and the Oceanfront in more than a decade.

Even more exciting... I got it under contract in just 60 days! This sale raised the bar for luxury homes in Northeast Suffolk, and specifically The Riverfront at Harbour View area, something that has not been truly done in over 15 years.

What makes this even more meaningful is that I accomplished it while going through chemotherapy for over a year and in the middle of recovering from major surgery. It was not easy, but with determination, the unmatched reach of Sotheby's International Realty, and the powerhouse team at Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty, we made it happen.

This was more than a sale. It was proof of my experience, skill and perseverance and that no matter the challenge, where there's a will (son), there's a way. Thank you to everyone that believed in me and helped me achieve this.
