There’s something I’ve noticed over the years in real estate…
homes tend to move in seasons and “chapters.”

Sometimes I’ll go through a stretch where several clients are all experiencing similar life changes at the same time — growing families, downsizing, career moves, caring for parents, fresh starts, or closing one long chapter to begin another.

This recent sale felt like the bookend to one of those seasons for me.
