This one was definitely an interesting transaction from start to finish! Not to mention…. My clients snagged these 153 acres for 100k less than the listing price!!!👀🚜🌾

From researching a handwritten deed from the 1800s written in cursive, to navigating preserved wetlands, a cemetery on the property, landlocked concerns/ easements , and more than a few deadline extensions — this transaction kept us on our toes! 📜🌾

But through every twist and turn, I had the absolute pleasure of working with amazing clients who stayed optimistic, hopeful, and patient throughout the entire process. Their trust and positive attitude made all the difference, and I’m so grateful they allowed me to be part of this journey! ❤️

There was a LOT happening behind the scenes to get this one across the finish line, and it was a true reminder that real estate is so much more than buying and selling property — it’s about problem-solving, persistence, communication, and having someone in your corner every step of the way. 🏡
