This is for the fellows…if you don’t learn anything else please learn some basic home repair skills, nothing turns a woman on more then when you say I saved us a $550 plumbing repair & it only cost me 1 hour of time & $15…so I’m going to take $100 of that $525 I saved & take you out to dinner…ooooooooooooooh you might not get out the shower good…I started learning at 6….but I had Old School parents…

Over the years I’ve learned that most Social Media Platforms are designed to keep in the dark & distracted, just dreaming of what could have been…I’m curious if those people that voted for either side had money sitting around that they could invest in the Stock Market…BitCoin was at $81K on November 6th & today it’s at $88-$90K depending in which Platform you are investing with…So while I’m a 60/40 Democrat I see no reason why I shouldn’t take advantage of this great prosperity moment that’s going on…Gonna ride this “Red Wave” all the way to the bank 🏦…all money is green & if they wanna give it out…I might as well take it

Sooooooooo…you ever working on someone’s house & look around the neighborhood to see who else might need your services…so you knock on the door only to have someone who can’t hear thru the door answer, offer your services & they have to go get their adult child with better hearing to come also listen thru the door 🚪….only to say…”We already have someone to trim out trees”…Im not a Arborist…but I’m almost positive these trees, bushes haven’t been trimmed in a few years…. Why hire a big contractor when a handyman will do??? “I’ll Work Hard...So You Dont Have Too” no job too small...just call.

As a real estate investor, sometimes you aren’t always there so you have to trust your team to get the job done…in this case another roof job on a house in Houston…2 roof replacements on houses in a month…It’s worth it…
