My beautiful listing at 614 Teach St in Hampton is now sold! It went super fast for over list price which wasnt a surprise since the sellers did a tremendous job maintaining it and improving it. These sellers have been family friends for many years and are relocating out of state. It was truly a pleasure to work for them and I am sad to see them go.
