Our Fall 2026 Operation Little Learners Registration opens today for first-time participants! 🙌

Operation Little Learners is a 13-week-long interactive education program for parents and their children to enhance child development. Parents learn to be the primary educators of their children with tools to enhance child development and early learning, as well as parent-child bonding.

Together, we learn, grow, and make memories! The program is FREE and open to our active-duty military and their families. As a bonus, there are monthly ticket giveaways to local attractions throughout Hampton Roads and fun get-togethers to hang out with friends. 🤩

OLL Minis (newborn to 18 months) is back in the fall, and we have TWO NEW LOCATIONS in Chesapeake to enjoy the program. 🥳

Liberty Military Housing proudly celebrated the official ribbon cutting of Mariner’s Row, Liberty Military Housing’s newest military housing community in the Hampton Roads region. Featuring 64 newly constructed townhomes with modern finishes, energy-efficient features, and thoughtfully designed living spaces, Mariner’s Row represents our continued commitment to supporting military families and enhancing their everyday living experience.

Conveniently located just minutes from Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek–Fort Story and a short commute to Naval Station Norfolk, this community was built with military families in mind, offering the comfort, quality, and convenience they deserve.

We were honored to hear remarks from Paris Cousin, Regional Vice President of Liberty Military Housing; CAPT Katie Jacobson, Commanding Officer, Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story; Brenda M. Johnson-Turner, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Installations & Facilities); and Congresswoman Jen Kiggans, Virginia’s 2nd Congressional District, who each shared their commitment to strengthening military families and mission readiness.

A special thank you to Landstown High School for presenting the Colors during the National Anthem.
