We have a position open for a Groundskeeper at our 96-Unit Property in Virginia Beach, Virginia

Must be experienced in all phase’s grounds keeping but not limited to, GREAT customer service skills and routine cleanup of the property, and assisting maintenance staff as needed. Duties will include trash pickup, delivering notices, trashing out of units, cleaning hallways and assisting maintenance staff with minor issues.
The candidate could be required to work outside up to 8 hours in heat, cold or light rain and will be required to continuously walk, stand, bend and/or stoop. Must have the ability to push, pull and/or lift up to 50 pounds during working hours
This position requires applicant to work in all aspects of grounds maintenance and cleanup. This is a full time, year-round position.
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen. Must have valid Driver's License.
