Received this in the mail yesterday. We are building a home for a family moving to VIrginia Beach. Our first showing was via FaceTime. They were able to fly out for a weekend write a contract and pick all of their colors.This letter lets us know how very excited they are to be moving into a new home soon. Looking forward to welcoming them to Va Beach soon!
