The 2026 Pet Supply Drive is underway, and we have a goal of 100 pet supply items to collect that will go a long way towards helping local, non-profit animal organizations!

Donation drives like this help to keep our furry friends healthy and safe during times of need.

Keyoka & Shanee from Samaritan House stopped by the Malibu Palms Office to pick up over 80 toys to be distributed to local youth! The toys were collected during the recent Palms Toy Drive. The success of the Toy Drive could not have been accomplished without the amazing efforts of our hardworking Maintenance Team.

A few weeks ago we teamed up with Indian River Apartments and Townhomes & Virginia Apartment Management Association (VAMA) to volunteer at the Salvation Army's Angle Tree Christmas Depot to help sort, package, assemble toys/presents that will be delivered to over 10,000 children in the Hampton Roads region.

The Salvation Army Hampton Roads Area Command Angel Tree program makes sure thousands of local children wake up to joy on Christmas morning. Every donation stays right here in our community, providing toys, clothes, and essentials for children whose families are struggling and extending hope that lasts long beyond the holidays.

We’re excited to invite you and your little ones to our DIY Hallo-Treat Bag Craft Event happening on: Thursday Oct 23rd from 4pm-6pm at

Kids will receive a canvas treat bag to decorate using paint markers and stencils. They can let their creativity shine with spooky or sweet designs – perfect for trick-or-treating!

🎉🎉THE COUNT IS IN!!🎉🎉

The Palms Food Drive was a huge success. Palms residents donated over 634 non-perishable food items by the Aug 8th deadline AND we received another 40 items the following day. These items will be delivered to a local non-profit organization who helps to distribute the resources to those in need of assistance.

We are so thankful to have a supportive community that is willing to help others in need.
