If you were planning a move in the next year, what would you do?

Honestly, there’s no perfect answer, it really just depends on your situation

I haven’t shared a closing in a while, but this one really meant a lot.

This deal had a little bit of everything—unexpected challenges, unique situations, and plenty of moments where we had to problem solve along the way. Definitely not your “typical” transaction.

But we made it.

So happy for LaToya and her son Devin for sticking through the process and getting to this moment. Moments like this are exactly why I love what I do.

And one thing I’m reminded of every time—no matter how long you’ve been in real estate, you’re always learning.
