Building a brokerage together is serious business. But taking ourselves seriously? That’s optional 😉

We just got back from our inaugural Owners Retreat on Chincoteague Island. It was a weekend full of ideas and action plans as we continue to work to bring the vision of Coastal Life alive.

Keep following our journey!

✨ O N E Y E A R ✨

Exactly a year ago today, we announced a new era at Coastal Life Realty. We went from one owner to three, and in the past 12 months we’ve accomplished more than we could dream of.

We’re now a team of 6 agents strong and getting to do what we love every single day with the people that make Hampton Roads the best place to live.

It was only right to bring back the newspaper drop and celebrate our 1 year anniversary with a special edition of the Coastal Life Collective 😜

Thanks for following along our journey.

Marion Cates of the Cates Nowak, Real Estate Team has just listed this incredible once-in-a-lifetime opportunity in the historical Ghent neighborhood in Norfolk.

A recent fire in the third-floor apartment has caused damage to that level & the property requires repairs, but for the buyer with an appreciation of historic architecture and passion for restoration, this is the unicorn you’ve been waiting for.
