Selling a condo can be a lot more complicated than most realize. There are loan restrictions(this one isn’t FHA or VA approved) condo fees and ammenties questions that come with the buyers. Selling a 1bedroom condo can mean a much smaller buyer pool as well. I’m glad we found the just the right buyer for this place 😊❤️🏡
