A beautiful day for a closing ☀️ Willow and I had so much fun looking for a home and finally found the perfect one for her family in a beautiful neighborhood 😍 we negotiated full closing costs paid by the seller AND she is walking into a home with $60,000 in equity! 👏🏼💸

Wishing them all the best in their new home 🏡

I am proud of myself for this, especially since I’ve been in this business for less than a year. I couldn’t do it without the amazing support system I have with the Kris Weaver Team, my amazing lender partner and of course the clients who trust me to get the job done for them! Blessed is an understatement. I am so excited for what the future has in store for me and this business 🏡❤️
