A lot of people who want to move are telling themselves the same thing: "Maybe I'll just wait until later this year."

But before you decide, make sure you understand what you could be giving up too. Because moving this Summer does have its advantages.

For buyers, it could give you more options in your price point. Historically, there are over 30% more fresh listings in the Summer compared to the rest of the year.

For sellers, it can mean a better sales price. Data shows, on average homes sell for 4% more in the typical Summer month compared to usual month in the Fall or Winter (when demand typically falls off).

The point isn't to rush into anything. It's just to make sure you have the full picture before deciding whether waiting is really your best move.

SOLD! 🏡✨

This beautiful home is officially SOLD, and I couldn’t be happier for my wonderful sellers as they begin an exciting new chapter closer to family in Ohio.

What makes this sale especially meaningful is that I first met these sellers nearly 12 years ago when I helped them purchase this very home. Over the years, they filled it with memories, cared for it beautifully, and truly made it their own. I was incredibly honored when they chose me again to guide them through the sale.

Months before we ever put the home on the market, we sat down together to create a plan. We walked through the property, discussed improvements and updates that would provide the greatest return, and developed a marketing strategy designed to showcase everything this home had to offer. Their hard work, combined with a thoughtful preparation and marketing plan, paid off!
