*** TOLL RELIEF PROGRAM***

Hampton Roads residents who use the Downtown or Midtown tunnels and make $50,000 or less per year are eligible to participate in the program.

Trips through the Downtown or Midtown tunnels will receive a credit equal to 50% of the 2-axle toll paid. The maximum number of trips for which a credit can be applied is limited to 10 per week (Monday-Sunday).

The Toll Relief Program will start with an in-person application at the Norfolk or Portsmouth E-ZPass Customer Service Center.
