I got a review the other day and I'm not going to lie, I've been on cloud 9 ever since.

This review didn't come from a buyer. It came from and agent on the other side of the deal.

Most buyers never think about this, but your agent's reputation with other agents matters more than you'd expect.

The truth is that your agent's reputation IS part of your offer.

When a listing agent already knows your agent, trusts them, knows they'll communicate and follow through, that transaction just goes differently. They are more likely to want to work with that offer.

That is a HUGE win right now, when competition is still very real in our market & were up against multiple offers in most situations.
