1. LGBTQ+ consumers represent a major and growing force in housing and homeownership.

The LGBTQ+ community is increasing in economic influence and purchasing power. Survey data shows that younger adults are more likely to identify as LGBTQ+ than previous generations, meaning this segment plays a meaningful and expanding role in the housing market.
